岗位职责:
1. Develops and implements procedures based on company policy so as to support daily company's administrative operatio (including messenger delivery, mailing, awering phones, stationary supplies, etc.)
2. Manages supplier selection & procurement process to eure appointed supplie provide professional services or quality products (e.g. property management, furniture & fixture, office supplies)
3. Establishes and controls administrative budget and actual spending
4. Sets quality service standard or guideline to receptionist, housekeeping staff & other admin staff in providing a safe, healthy, clean and effective working environment to internal clients
5. Organizes and manages major company events and activities
任职要求:
1. 6-7 yea experience in office administration in sizable MNC
2. Professional image, good communication skills, well organizing
3. Familiar with government requirements in relatio to Admin
