Job description:

?General tasks

？To support Project Director to complete budgets, cost reporting and identify trend analysis.

？To verify cost reports and documenting.

?Document control

？Establish filing structure in shared drive.

？Achieve all cost/budget/contract documentation into desired location.

？Organize and file all hard copy documents.

？Backup hard drive file per scheduled time and location.

?Contract check

？Check contracts, make sure the contract is allocated to proper budget code, identify the variation between contract value and budget, tender process have been followed as agreed.

？Check on the commits, YTB, pending contract for each budget item.

？Check on VOs, pending VOs to make sure total commits is under budget.

?Payment check

？Check payment to make sure all payment validation has been properly done.

？Check on the contract terms to make contractor was not over paid.

?Project coordination

？Coordinate with company partner to get financial data.

？Liaison with project team to collect all project data.

?Prepare cost status report and analysis

？Under project director’s direction, to prepare cost status report for all projects monthly.

？Conduct data analysis as required for senior management review.

?Tender support:

？To support senior commercial manager during tender stage

？Prepare RFP

？Prepare tender report

？Coordination work for tender

Required qualificatio:

?Univeity degree for cost control or cotruction

?Good undetanding of cotruction

?Site experience is preferred

?Good team player

?Keen to details, well organized peon, self oriented

?Good in English writing and oral speaking

?Familiar with Microsoft Power Point, Project, CAD
