职位描述:
Report to: Head of Control and Back Office
Job Summary:
To be respoible for working with Head Office IT Division to eure smooth operation of branch’s computer systems (in-house and external party systems i.e. SAFE/ CBRC/ PBOC, Tax, etc). Main respoibilities included namely the following activities: System maintenance and database backup, Acquisition of hardwareoftware (HW/ SW), function as user coordinator. Eure all activities of the units are carried out in compliance with polices, rules and regulatio of CBRC/ PBOC/ SAFE, relevant government authorities, Head Office and the Branch.
Respoibilities:
1. To perform periodic testing of back-up system in line with established policy and periodic database back-up (where applicable), also itall program and maintain systems.
2. To perform System Administration job in adding and configuring new workstation, setting up new user account, preventing / detecting and correcting spread of viruses and allocating mass storage space.
3. To administer in physical & logical security as regards maintaining access rules to data and other IT resources, maintaining security and confidentiality over the issuance, monitoring security violatio, taking corrective action include preparing and monitoring the security awareness program for all employees.
4. To be respoible for Quality Assurance by conducting tests or review to verify and eure that the software is free from defect and meets user expectatio.
5. To prepare acquisition proposal based on vendo’ reputation and capability to provide maintenance and support (including training)
6. To establish proper communication among staffs to eure both internal and external policy is undetood
7. To liaise with IT Division in Head Office in related issues
8. To performance other tasks as assigned by Head of Control and Back Office / IT Division
Job Specificatio:
Technical Knowledge
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer or other related field
2. Undetand bank IT system thoroughly
Skills
1. Inter-peonal and problem solving skills
2. Hard working and being able to deliver quality results under pressure
3. Proficiency in Chinese with good written and verbal communication skills
Experiences
1. Minimum 3 yea of relevant experience in related fields
