1. Grow sales of Alcoa Wheel Products in South China.

2. Manager the current distribution network in the region and continue to establish presence in aftermarket.

3. Continue to strengthen business relatiohips with key fleets and OEMs in the region.

4. Manage the development of our brand image and sales through regular visit to end use and distributo in the territory.

5. Provide relevant training to all target custome in the territory.

6. Be respoible for the quality of market information and intelligence.

Job Dimeio:

1. College / Univeity degree or equivalent

2. Minimum 8 yea professional experience in similar industry and position

3. Familiar with sales process

4. Can adapt to frequent business travel

5. Independent / self motivated / focus on business growth

6. Good communication & negotiation skills (internal & external custome) / team player

7. Nice to have B2B experience

8. Account manager knowledge
