1、接待上门客户，以顾问方式完成课程销售；

2、完成部门主管下达的指标，不断提升业绩并完成工作指标；

3、了解并收集客户信息，并提出相应的对策或解决方案；

(Undetand and collect customer information, and proposes the corresponding countermeasure or solution);

4、与已有客户建立长期、稳定的友好关系；

（Establish long-term, stable and friendly relatio with existing custome）;

5、根据客户需求组织内部资源为客户提供个性化服务；

（According to customer demand,provide peonalized internal resources services for custome）

6、实施电话销售。

职位要求

1、工商管理、市场营销专业专科或以上学历；

（Commerce management, marketing professional college or above）

2、一年以上管理咨询或教育行业工作经验

（Above one year management coulting or education industry work experience）

3、具有熟练客服技巧，擅于与客户沟通，协调能力好；

（Skilled customer service skills, good at communication with the custome and coordination skills）；

4、正直诚信、具有良好职业道德和团队精神，工作认真负责，心理素质好，可承受较大工作压力。

（Integrity and good professional ethics and team spirit, serious and respoible work, good psychological quality, can work under great pressure.）

5、有培训行业经验和快消品销售经验的优先。
