Duties and Respoibilities:
Identify potential new business and help convert these leads to custome by using his/her technical background. Establish and maintain strong relatiohips with custome. Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutio to all customer inquiries. Follow up with all leads to identify if they are potential custome, and to assess their product needs. Assist the account manage with duties such as quotes, custom product requests, samples, order inquiries, conference setup. Document all communicatio and interactio with custome in Customer Relatiohip Management system. Enter leads from conferences, vendor shows or lists into customer database when applicable. Help to meet sales forecasts through in-depth product knowledge and familiarity of market segments. Help with other tasks and contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualificatio:
BSc, MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Stem Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Physiology, or a related scientific field.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Highly motivated and capable of working effectively as part of a dynamic team.
Demotrated track record of being pro-active and assertive in accomplishing goals.
Proven ability to think strategically and problem solve.
Desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Familiarity with a variety of sales concepts, practices, and procedures is an asset.
