POSITION SUMMARY:
Sustain and grow revenue and continuously improve customer relatio in accordance to Kollmorgen AGV goals and strategy
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:
KAM is respoible for developing, directing and executing Kollmorgen AGV account strategy for targeted accounts. The KAM role seeks to build relatiohips between Kollmorgen and the partne OEM’s. The KAM typically interacts across multiple Kollmorgen and Account facilities and countries to implement the sales strategy.
Essential Respoibilities and tasks:
? Respoibility for account revenue
? Respoibility for business development at existing and new accounts
? Respoibility for (multi-year) commercial contracts
? Respoibility for annual customer pricing negotiatio
? Respoibility for monthly/annual revenue forecasts
? Respoibility for account pla and overall customer satisfaction
? Coordination of internal business processes
? Sales update and execution (Growth Greenhouse, SFDC, Growth Snapshot, Weekly Tracker and regional/account action pla)
QUALIFICATIO:
Education
? Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
Experience
? 5 or more yea of qualified (large account) B2B sales experience or equivalent
? Experience from dealing with multiple interfaces at large custome
Competence
? Commercial negotiation skills
? Ability to read, analyze, and interpret customer contracts or requirement specificatio
? Ability write business correspondence and to effectively present information and respond to questio from custome and manage.
? Ability to read, analyzing, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulatio.
? Ability to undetand and create a business case with financial justification.
? Ability to develop negotiating strategies and contract strategies to fulfil business case.
? Language skills (English and Chinese)
