Purpose of the Position职位目的:
Further develop and expand the market for our laser plastic welding machines and improve the business relatiohip to our existing custome.
进一步拓展塑料焊接设备市场,改善并增强与现有客户的业务关系
Duties职责:
Respoible for sales of WQ equipment in north China, mainly Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang and other territory assigned
负责内蒙古、山西、河北、河南、山东、北京、天津、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江和其他可能委派区域的激光塑料焊接设备的销售工作;
Independently develop new and strengthen bond to existing custome
独立开发新客户,并维护良好的客户关系;
Promote our technology and create an awareness for the advantages of our laser plastic welding technology over less effective bonding processes
推广激光塑料焊接技术,让大家认识到激光塑料焊接技术及工艺的优势;
Identify customer’s needs and provide technical coultation on machine concept
识别客户需求,并提供关于设备的技术方案咨询;
Supply solutio to customer according to requirement, and cooperate with the local application and service team
与应用服务团队合作,依据客户需求提供解决方案;
Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
向公众提供、维护专业和正面的公司形象;
Support our marketing with the preparation of exhibitio, semina and participate in such activities
支持展会、研讨会的准备工作,并参加展会、研讨会等市场活动;
Act as interface with our German production site and handle/clarify project related commercial and technical question internally and externally
作为与德国沟通的桥梁,处理具体项目的商业和技术问题;
Collect information and feedback from clients, seek new opportunities
收集客户信息和反馈,发掘新的销售机会;
Perform other tasks as maybe assigned
完成可能委派的其它任务。
Qualificatio任职资格:
College or above degree and with Mechanical education background
专科及以上学历,有机械等相关专业背景;
Good sales skills, and at least above 3 sales working yea
较强的销售技巧,至少三年以上销售工作经验;
Willing to travel frequently per work requirement
根据工作需求安排出差;
Experience in international company and working environment preferred
跨国公司工作经验者优先;
Good contacts and network to at least one of the following industries: Automotive/ Medical/ Coumer Electronics
良好的人脉关系,至少有针对汽车/机械/消费电子行业之一的经验者优先;
Good Customer oriented mindset and business see
客户导向性并且具备业务敏感度;
Good capability of working independently and under pressure
具备一定抗压能力,及独立解决问题的能力;
Good communicatioanalysis/teamwork is appreciated
良好的团队合作意识,较强的沟通能力,思路清晰,讲究条理性;
Good English both in oral and writing English, above CET-4
良好的英文听说读写能力,英语CET-4及以上水平;
Good at Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
熟练使用Office电脑办公软件。
