Respoibilities:
1. 寻找、发现、跟踪和开发所辖区域内的客户以及项目信息,并与客户建立良好关系。
Search indentify follow and explore the sales leads and potential custome in related sales region, to build the strong relatiohip with key peon
2. 协调公司内部资源在技术和商务上满足客户需求,对自己所辖区域内客户满意度负责。
Respoible of custome’ satisfaction from both commercial and technical sides by coordination internal resources
3. 拟定商务标书,起草商务合同,并与客户进行商务与技术谈判。
Draft the bidding documentation and contract and reach agreement with custome after negotiation
4. 跟踪与管理自己签订的合同执行,确保合同内容及时准确地交付。
Keep tracking and manage the contract executive to deliver the contract precisely and punctually.
5. 负责项目的回款.
Collect the money based on the payment terms
6. 收集 整理和报告行业动态、竞争状况及现有市场的动向.
Collect and organize the competency, market trends etc and report it.
7. 按照实际工作情况填写相应销售报表和总结报告并及时上交.
Summarize and survey the work and report it monthly
8. 直线经理下达的其他任务

Requirements:
1. 本科以上学历,理工科优先考虑,至少5年项目销售经验
bachelor of engineering, over 5 yea experience in project sales, engineering background is preferred.
2. 产品与行业知识技能及资源,人际沟通能力
product and industry knowledge & resource, good communication skills
2. 客户开发与管理,商务谈判
BD & negotiation ability.
3. 项目管理,时间管理
Project management & Time management.
4. 频繁出差
Frequent traveling
5. 熟练使用办公软件,英文沟通
Proficient office skills and English skills.
