TASK OF THE JOB:

工作要求

- contact existing clients and build relevant relatio with them;

联系现有客户并建立密切的关系

- visit periodically the existing clients, in order to get in close touch with their management people

对现有客户进行周期性的访问，为了取得与客户的高层人员保持联系。

- search for new contacts of new clients (using any kind of mea, such as: peonal relatio, Internet databases, magazine and other materials databases, telephone calls);

寻找新的客户。（使用任何方式，如：私人关系，打电话，在网络和杂志搜索或利用其他辅助工具）

- get in touch with the new contacts fit by phone, then by visiting the most interesting ones;

首先用电话与新客户进行交谈，然后筛选出有关系的客户进行拜访。

- prepare commercial offe when needed, to be given to clients, under the direction and supervision of the general manager;

当有客户需求时，在总经理的指导和监管下，编制商务合同提供给客户。

- prepare commercial promotional materials, to be given to clients during business visits or during fai and exhibitio, under the supervision of the general manager;

在总经理的指导和监管下，编制商务宣传材料，在商务拜访中和展览会期间给客户介绍。

- fulfil any other kind of job and request which could help the development of the company, to be decided with the other membe of the team, under the supervision of the general manager.

在总经理的监管下，完成其他的对公司有益的工作和要求，或其他梯队的工作。

SKILLS REQUIRED:

技能要求

- Univeity bachelor degree, or higher degree (Master degree is an advantage, but it's not requested); Candidates with specialization in Economy, or Engineering, or Automation, or Marketing&PR are preferred. Other candidates will be evaluated anyway.

大学及以上文化程度（硕士优先，但不是必备）经济专业，工程专业，自动化专业，市场营销或公共关系专业优先。

- Working experience: 5 yea working experience or more; candidates with no working experience are not accepted; ONLY candidates with at least 3 yea previous working experience in Sales will be selected; candidates which have at least 3 yeas working experience in sales in the fields of auto, tyre industrial automation will be preferred; other candidates will be evaluated anyway.

工作经历：5年以上工作经验，至少3年的销售经历，曾从事轮胎行业和汽车行业工业自动化产品销售经验者优先。

- Language: ENGLISH required, middle level or higher; it's not required to present an english language certificate: candidates will receive an interview in english language (during the second interview, after the fit selection) to prove their language oral and written skills.

语言要求：英语良好，达到中级或高级水平，在复试时进行英语面试。

- Compute: capability in using editing programmes such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other software used to create promotional materials, are an advantage; undetanding of engineering software is also an advantage.

电脑水平：能够熟练使用Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator软件或使用其他软件编辑宣传材料者优先，能够使用工程软件者优先。

- Availability to travel: the candidate, being a Sales peon, will be often on business trip; candidates with low availability to travel and to be often out of the city will not be selected.

出差要求：要求经常出差。如果不能满足长期出差的要求，将不予考虑。

SALARY OFFERED: undisclosed: it will be decided according to the previous working experience and the skills of the candidate.

薪资：根据应聘者的工作经验和技能而决定。
