职位描述 JD:
? Identify, select, interview \potential new distributo and agents to develop the business of the company, in cooperation with the company headquarter.
辨别,挑选,拜访潜在的经销商和代理人,与公司总部合作共同发展业务。
? Follow the sales by product, by customer / distributor. Introduce and push new products, advise distributo on what products to buy depending on their custome’ needs
?按产品、客户/经销商,分类跟踪销售状况。介绍并推广新产品,根据客户的需要,建议经销商购买什么样的产品。
? Organize visit of the company factory for key custome, with the concerned salesmaagent and headquarter.
? 与相关的业务员/代理人以及总部,共同组织重要客户参观工厂。
? Implementation of company regulatio and rules regarding market separation. Make sure agents and distributo keep price at an adequate level, and respect their area of sales
?市场划分需要遵循公司的条例与规则。确保代理人和经销商将价格保持在一个合适的层次,并遵守各自的销售区域。
? Assess actual and new distributor situation (turnover, number of employees, development capacity, weaknesses, main custome, etc.)
? 对现有的以及新的经销商进行评估(营业额,员工数量,拓展能力,弱势,主要的客户等)
? Active during Ouweisu semina (company presentation, products presentation, etc.)
积极参与Ouweisu的研讨会(公司介绍,产品介绍等)
? Termly hold meeting with sales director to debrief both achievements and problems during working and give some advises and proposals
? 定期与销售总监举行会议,汇报销售人员在工作期间的成就和问题,并提出建议和意见。
职位要求:Job Requirement :
? 5-10 yea of experience in a business development or market manager position iide the Feed industry. Premix distribution network experience preferred
饲料行业5-10年业务拓展经验或市场拓展经理经验,有预混料销售渠道经验优先
? Previous province manager experience preferred
? 区域经理经验优先
Good knowledge of the concerned province premix distribution network would be a plus.
? 对山东省预混料经销渠道了解者优先
? Will to travel often
? 能够接受频繁出差
? English isn’t a requirement but could be coidered as a plus
? 英语良好者优先考虑
