JOB DESCRIPTION
ENGLISH&CHINESE SPEAKING CANDIDATES Required by International relocation company based in Naha,Guangzhou.The successful applicant must be target driven and sales focused with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Respoibilities:
-Inbound&outbound call handling to drive sales and eure quality customer service to our international client base
-Customer complaint handling
-Email, SMS and Web correspondence with custome
Peon Specification:
-Fluent in English and Mandarin (for Chinese speaker), both written and verbal.
-Time management skills and the ability to use initiative with can-do attitude
-Up-selling abilities
-International experience with multi-national service based organisatio and centralised customer service centres. (1 yea)
-Previous B2B and B2C experience preferred
