Field Sales & Merchandising
Field Sales & Merchandising is one of the functional team under Sales Department. The focus of FS&M is to deliver our core Brand Value Proposition and Customer Value Proposition in the market place by delivering professional distributor, partner management and retail management.
Your tasks will include:
Outlet prioritization and support:
- Prioritize outlets on strategic and profit potential as well as ability to influence in the region;
- Eure the effectiveness continuously evaluated and contribute to the business decisio.
In-store implementation:
- Build good and close relatiohips with key accounts at regional office level and with buye and operatio and strong linkage with accounts’ regional operatio teams;
- Eure store-level support is provided via regular communication and store staff training;
- Eure the awareness and execution of perfect store and/or total department concepts in flagship stores and selected custome in the region.
Work with thirty-party service provider:
- Manage service provider with clear KPI and ROI measurement to strengthen the strategic partnehip;
- Continuously improve the quality of collaboration between service provide and the in-house sales reps.
Cost optimization and productivity maximization:
- Streamline team’s daily work and manage sales activities with the support of clear metrics including customer profitability, etc.;
- Enable regional team to optimize the travel routes, plan the field visits and set the mechanism to continuously track and measure the efficiency on individual level.
Team leadehip:
- Manage the regional FS&M team through hiring and training of new hires, continuous training of all field sales, regular coaching & feedback, timely reviews, career talk, etc.
The Must to Have’s and the Nice to Have’s for the role
You must have:
- 10+ yea sales/KAM experiences in FMCG/CoumeRetail industries
- Bachelor’s degree, in a business related field preferred
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin
It would be nice for you to have:
- Strong collaboration with internal and external partne
- Good financial acumen
- Strong business negotiatioinfluencing skill
