PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true by being respoible for providing high standard services to achieve high satisfaction, positive word of mouth, good customer experiences. As part of the job, respoible for developing/adapting feasible working process of minivac sales and tour bookings, coordinate with external partne and internal functio to eure tou are qualified, coumer journey are pleasant and happy with the branded services, aim to strongly support quality tou conveion and membehip closing.

积极地投身于提供高质量及高标准的服务以达到宾客的高满意度、优秀的口碑及良好的客户体验，从而实现公司愿景Making Holiday Dreams Come True。负责执行并优化工作流程，高效完成体验套餐的销售及预订，协助外部合作伙伴及公司相关部门共同确保每位旅行客人资质的审核，同时确保客人的旅程舒适满意并达到品牌服务标准，且有效完成会籍销售的转化。

PRINCIPAL RESPOIBILITIES:

Taking inbound calls from activities, qualify and sell qualified guests a vacation voucher

接听客人预订或咨询电话，审核客人资质并销售度假产品券

Coordinate with partner, vendor and site to place booking, make reservation

协助合作商，供应商及相关渠道完成客人的酒店预订

Work on hot leads allocated to convert into qualified tou

将潜在销售机会转化为合格的度假会体验套餐销售

Follow booking process and SOP under manager supervision

严格按照预订流程及标准操作流程完成订单

Collect booking requests from vendo and key in system, then issue vouche and confirmation lette

接收供应商提供的预订申请，录入系统，发送产品券及预订确认信

Verify minivac prices and booking details·

审核体验套餐出售价格及订单细节

Eure quality service is always provided

确保服务质量

Behave in a professional manner and actively participate as a team member to achieve company and departmental goals

Adhere to all company policies

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

?2-3 yea experience from real-estate, torism, education and or travel industries in sales positio.

?Good computer skills including previous experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook

?Strong communication and influencing skills

?A positive, professional manner with the ability to represent the department at internal meetings, dealing with key relatiohips from all levels within the organisation

?Ability to efficiently multi-task which includes excellent organizational and time management skills

?Better to have English written skills

?Positive thinking and not afraid of challenges, never giveup, never complain about difficulties but more willing to resolve problems.

?Confident, flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment

?Flexibility in working schedule – ability to work weekends, public holidays, evenings as required
