RESPOIBILITIES:

- Quotation, Margin List, Landed Cost enquiries

- Documentation on PI, Sales Contract, CI, PL, Shipping Chart, Payment Detail, CO

- Coordinate order and shipment process

- Daily Report: Track order status from factories, Daily work

- Weekly Report: Pending list, next week planning

- Monthly Report: Closing account, next month planning

- Work closely with Purchasing, Design, Development team to solve problem on whole process of order

- Correspond via email with oveeas buye in fluent English

- Other jobs as assigned by President or Chairman

- Identify potential international sales opportunities

- Develop and maintain relatiohips with potential custome

- Comply with company’s policy

QUALIFICATION:

- Must have 5+ yea relevant experience preferably in sales or trading, fashion industry is a plus

- Good command of English in both written and spoken

- second language of Korean is highly preferred

- Bachelor’s degree

- Majored in International Trade, English or Marketing or other equivalent field

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT

- Be familiar with international business procedures

- Ability to travel when required

- Good undetanding of market trends and demand

- Excellent team player
