1、负责公司腔镜产品的销售和品牌推广,根据公司战略发展需求开拓新市场及提升老市场;
2、立足于公司提供的资源,将市场指标有效分解为各项目标KPI,配置相关行动计划,实现公司下达的各项KPI指标;
3、将市场资源与人力资源进行细化匹配,确保市场建设的靶向性及高效能;
4、对竞争对手和客户反馈的信息进行整合,实施竞品应对;
5、根据市场需求和公司要求,组建及管理辖区内销售团队并负责对管辖区的人员进行招聘、培训、指导、提升、管理和监控,确保所管辖区域销售队伍的数量和质量,对直属下级进行考核、激励,为公司业务发展培养和储备人才;
6、严格辖区内销售纪律,杜绝发生违反公司制度的现象;
7、审查辖区各项费用预算,控制各项费用投放,确保辖区内财务良性运作;
8、准时提交销售相关的分析报告及建议书,为公司决策提供依据;
9、完成公司指定的其他工作。
任职资格:
1、学历:医药、营销、管理相关专业大专及以上学历;相关医疗行业经验
2、工作经验:医疗行业五年以上销售经验,三年以上同等职位管理经历;
3、个人素质:
a、良好的职业操守;
b、敬业、强烈的责任心,对经销商数量与质量负责;
c、富有工作激情,有良好的抗压性,可接受出差;
d、严格自律。
4、能力:
a、熟悉内镜市场运作模式;
b、良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力;
c、优秀的沟通、协调和管理能力;
d、较强的财务意识;
e、团队管理/培训能力;
f 、丰富的代理商/经销商资源。
Job Description:
1. In charge of product selling and promoting, exploiting new market while developing the existing market according to the strategic plan of company;
2. Based on corporate resources, effectively analyzing and resolving the tack into single target KPI, organizing the relative activities to accomplish the goal;
3. Finely matching the human resource to the market resource, euring the correct targeting and high efficiency of market cotruction;
4. Collecting and analyzing the competitor information and customer feedback, implementing the respoe to copeting goods;
5. Building and managing the sales team according to requests, in charge of recruiting, training, guiding and supervising the team membe;
6. Observing strict sales discipline and corporate policies;

Qualification:
1. College degree or above in Medical, Marketing or Managing;
2. Minimun 5 yea sales experience in medical industry, minimum 3 yea working experience at equal position;
