Job Summary:
The position involves interfacing across multiple channels and working with key stakeholde to align enterprise sales strategies and actio to those of its supplie and partne in order to deliver a competitive advantage for enterprise business.
This role develops and nurtures a strategic/mutually beneficial relatiohip with the partner and supplier ecosystem to drive additional revenue with joint sales efforts. This senior executive builds and sustai executive-level relatiohips, manages profitability, grows Avnet and its partne share of wallet, and delive a superior customer experience.
The position will provide leadehip to drive sales processes & practices that produce profitable business growth and maximize return on capital employed. Respoible and accountable for financial performance as measured by sales, gross profit, gross profit margin, and other applicable metrics.
Sales Strategy Development
-Hold primary respoibility to strategize, develop, implement, and monitor business goals, operating pla and budgets for long term growth.
-Anticipate industry future direction and relate it to future business and sales strategies.
-Plan, organize, manage and direct sales activities to achieve or exceed the planned goals for revenue and margi.
New Business Development
-Identify new sales opportunities to capture prospective customer’s (e.g. enterprise value added reselle (VA), Managed Service Provide (MSPs), cloud service provide, data center system integrato) current and future requirements.
-Provide leadehip for delivering results in existing and new accounts, identifying market barrie, conceiving solutio, building required coeus and executing to achieve strategic initiatives.
-Work in concert with marketing and supplie and leverage peonal leadehip with current custome and new prospects that enable coistent, profitable growth in sales revenue.
-Establish strong relatiohips with key stakeholde (supplie, partne, etc.) supporting the market vision, strategy and offerings which can be leveraged to drive required financial results for Avnet.
Leadehip
-Cultivate and motivate a high performance sales culture driven to achieve China enterprise solutio vision
-Provide effective coaching of the sales team membe to eure optimum retur on the development and management of customer relatiohips.
-Perform key leadehip respoibilities including appraisal of employee performance and salary recommendatio; administer employee development and corrective action; interview and select job candidates.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
-Minimum 15 yea Sales, Business Development experience in the storage/ embedded business is a must.
-Proven track record in building and creating new businesses, developing and executing sales strategies and programs, across multiple routes to market, that deliver results
-Deep undetanding of the ecosystem and supply chain in datacenter. Experienced in handling accounts/ custome in the enterprise VA, MSPs, data cente, on a national/ regional basis
-Exhibit the ability to deliver strategic solutio or identify new supplie or end use for a portfolio of the most complex accounts
-Degree qualification in (but not limited to) Information Technology, Engineering and / or Marketing.
-Demotrated ability to lead sales organizatio and coistently achieve superior results
