Job requirements:

-Daily communication in English.

-Few yea relevant or similar industry sales experience, computer bag / backpack / cell phone cases /trolley etc. related industry sales experience is preferred.

-Good communication skills and organizational capacity to negotiate, self-development and strong communication skills with clients, have customer resources are preferred.

-Have own market analysis skill and view, able to get to know the market in short time.

-Full of enthusiasm, optimism, integrity and good team player

-Strong compreheive ability, can handle stress

Respoibilities:

-Respoible for developing market and sales, implementation and completion of the company's annual sales plan.

-According to the company's marketing strategy to enhance sales value, control costs, expand the product in the regio, and actively complete the sales targets and expand market share;

-Maintain good communication with custome, able to real-time grasp customer's needs. To provide active, enthusiastic, satisfactory and thoughtful service

-According to the company's products, prices and market strategy, independently handle inquiry, quotation, the terms of the contract negotiatio and such matte.

-Dynamically grasp market conditio, regularly provide market analysis and forecasting reports and other related work reports.

-Maintain and develop new sales channels and new custome, independently develop and expand new business.

-To participate in various market-related activities, to collect feedback from various market information and make marketing strategies.

-Other related respoibilities.

Working Location: Dongguan

任职要求:

1、能用英语做日常工作沟通。

2、具备相关或类似行业的销售经验,有电脑包/背包/手机平板壳/电子周边产品配件相关产业领域销售经验者优先。

3、良好的沟通技巧和谈判组织能力,能自主开发并长期维护和客户的良好合作关系,有客户资源者优先。

4、对市场趋势有自己的分析和看法,具备市场分析、判断能力,市场感觉敏锐。

5、富有热情,开朗乐观,为人正直,良好的团队协调能力

6、具备良好的理解能力和抗压能力

工作职责:

1、负责产品的市场渠道开拓与销售工作,执行并完成公司产品年度销售计划。

2、根据公司市场营销战略,提升销售价值,控制成本,扩大产品在所负责区域的销售,积极完成销售量指标,扩大产品市场占有率;

3、与客户保持良好沟通,实时把握客户需求。为客户提供主动、热情、满意、周到的服务。

4、根据公司产品、价格及市场策略,独立处置询盘、报价、合同条款的协商及合同签订等事宜。

5、动态把握市场情况,定期向公司提供市场分析及预测报告和个人工作周报等相关工作汇报。

6、维护和开拓新的销售渠道和新客户,自主开发及拓展新业务。

7、参与市场各类行业相关活动,收集各种市场信息进行反馈并作出营销策略调整以及汇报。

8、能够适应出差、积极拜访客户

9、其他相关工作内容。
