职位描述:
1 Know customer and develop the target market. Follow up respoible custome in one’s own accounts and optimize the use of expees budget.

4. Develop and maintain custome, increase in-market sales
发展、维护新兴市场客户,提高终端客户的销量产出
5. Observe competito closely and cooperation with tendering team and follow up the process in the area
观察地区内市场竞争,与招投标团队密切合作,跟进地区内的招投标流程
6. Market data collection and provide iights to area manager in a regular basis
收集市场数据并定时整理上报
7. Eure overall customer satisfaction and respoible for VIP account management in respective Emerging market
确保指定的新兴市场的客户满意度,对VIP客户的管理
8. Leading sales effort with the coordination with CC and other support teams
与 CC团队和其他支持团队合作,全力主导销售活动
9. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

10. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

11. Undetand and fulfill the respoibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
Education& Qualificatio教育背景与专业资格:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and/or Business Degree
检验相关专业本科或硕士学历; 工商管理硕士尤佳
2. Conveational communication in both spoken and written English
能够使用英文进行熟练的口头及书面沟通
3. Good command of MS office software application
熟练应用微软办公软件
Experience工作经验:
1. At least 5 yea similar sales experience in the relevant industry
至少5年相关行业销售经验
2. Marketing and channel development experience will be a plus
