Job Description
- Launch a compreheive Sales Program for SHA Office
- Set up annual budget / action plan for the team. Then review and modify it on regular basic
- Safe guard the Company rules, policies, strategies and Culture
- Build a professional Sales team for Peonal Development Program including a range of "training" & development plan for the team member
- Monitor both activity and finance performance by the mechanism of " Daily Report ", “Weekly Update"and "Monthly Review"
- Strengthen the Prospect and Target list by territory Sales management model
- Carry a healthy and ongoing "Push & Pull" mechanism to work with all other departments and offices for relevant development
Expectation
- Be aggressive and proactive in managing the team and business
- Capable to lead a local Sales team for new business development
- Capable to communicate professional with all other Dept and Offices
- Fulfill the sales budget in terms of finance & overall development
- Enlarge the Industry and territory Sales coverage at Shanghai area
- Follow any additional assignment named by the management
Required Qualificatio
- College or above
- Sales management experience is preferred
- Good command of English
- Logistics industry experience or sales function experience for at least three yea
- Open mind and aggressive working attitude with team work spirit
