1、完成每年度区域内销售、市场计划,完成公司销售指标。
2、定期回访客户维护良好的客户关系;积极开发区域内新客户。
3、根据客户应用需求,快速响应,提供专业产品推荐和技术支持。
4、及时提供销售报告以及准确的需求预测等销售数据。
任职条件
1、英语基本交流无障碍,可以独立完成英文邮件。
2、 具备熟练的销售技巧,能够独立进行客户商务谈判及沟通。
3、3年以上销售工作经验,大学专科以上学历,能够适应工作出差。

Main duties:
1.Sales Activities in China
Execute Sales plan to meet sales volume, revenue and market share
Visit of the custome for inteifying the relatiohip
Respond to customer requests regarding commercial issues
Meet custome to introduce Knowles products as well as obtaining customer needs
Work close with the Seltech and Knowles technical support team
Support of Global Account Manage for locatio of Multinational custome in China
2.Marketing Activities of China
Collect customer information such as organization structure, market position etc.
Do market research of Knowles speaker and receiver market segments to locate potential custome
Get competitor information for evaluating the market position
Find new market opportunities and product trends
Large experience in electronic field and sales required
Knowledge of acoustic, hearing aid market preferred
3. Special knowledge and character:
Excellent English
Excellent selling skills
Powerful communication with different cultural backgrounds (Chinese, European)
"Power user” of IT tools: MS-Office, e-mail ...
