MAJOR RESPOIBILITIES:

岗位职责:

1.Develops, improves and maintai plant quality systems (including TS16949 documentation, records retention, etc.) to eure compliance with legal and corporate specificatio and standards.

公司质量体系的建立、改进、维护（包含TS16949 文件、记录等），确保其符合法律法规及相关标准要求。

2.Regular review the flow chart/FMEA, control plan.

负责定期评审流程图/FMEA/控制计划。

3.Respoible for customer complaining, investigate the root cause, make 8D report and follow thorough all actio.

对客户抱怨进行反馈，分析根本原因，制作8D报告，并跟踪执行。

4.Develop and monitoring the supplie, make sure supplier's process capability & quality performance meet our requested.

监督并稽核供应商，确保供应商的制程能力和绩效能够满足公司的要求。

5.Perform process capability statistics and analysis as needed, and works with process and product improvement teams to develop appropriate control strategies and feedback loops to make sure product attributes perform as expected.

根据需要，对生产过程数据进行统计分析，会同工艺改进团队制定相应的质量控制措施和反馈措施，确保产品关键特性符合要求。

6.Analyze the defects, verify the validity of corrective and preventive actio.

分析不合格品产生的原因，并验证纠正预防措施的有效性。

7.Respoible for the management of measuring itruments, internal/external calibration.

负责公司内计量器具管理，内部/外部校准。

8.Organize the production certificate Audit.

组织生产许可证的审核。

9.Organize and implement the internal quality and Ts-16949 system knowledge training.

组织和实施内部的质量知识及TS16949体系的培训。

KEY COMPETENCIES

能力要求：

1.Familiar with TS16949 standard.

熟悉TS16949标准。

2.Familiar with APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC, MSA etc.

熟悉APQP/PPAP/FMEA PC /MSA。

3. Familiar with the special requirements of the U.S.A and Japanese make, such as GM (QSB)/Ford (Q1).

熟悉通用（QSB）/福特（Q1）等美系以及日系主机厂客户特殊要求。

4.Familiar with the tolls of analytical tools, such as 5Ys, braitorming and 8D report

熟练运用5Ys、头脑风暴以及8D等质量问题分析工具处理质量问题。
