职位描述:
岗位职责;
1、负责组织开展公司产品的销售工作,根据公司市场策略及销售计划完成销售目标;

2、持续学习并掌握公司产品功能,持续学习并熟悉同行软件业务;
Continuous learning and mastering the functio of the company, continuous learning and familiarity with the peer software business;
3、软件销售部的管理工作;
Management of software sales department;
4、根据公司战略部署制定并执行销售计划;
Develop and implement sales plan according to company strategy。
5、基本工资加绩效:年薪7万起。
Basic salary plus performance: salary for 70000RMB.
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,5年以上软件销售经验,计算机、企业管理、市场营销等相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 yea experience in software sales, computer, enterprise management, marketing, etc.
2、具有较强的独立市场拓展和项目销售策划能力,有深厚的销售积淀;
Have strong independent market development and project sales planning ability, have deep sales accumulation;
3、熟悉软件行业的销售规律,了解软件的开发和测试技术;
Familiar with the sales rules of software industry, undetanding software development and testing technology;
4、拥有良好的客户关系资源和市场基础,积极寻找潜在客户,开发客户资源,寻找合作商机;
Have a good customer relatiohip resource and market basis, actively seek potential custome, develop customer resources, and seek business opportunities;
5、有持续的客户开拓、客户维护能力,有较强的项目推进与商务谈判技巧;
