职位资格要求:
1、具有市场/销售/物流/化工等相关专业的本科以上的学历;
2、有责任心,能承受较大的工作压力;
3、具备一定的市场分析及判断能力,良好的客户服务意识;
4、1年以上物流行业的工作经验;有化工物流及ISO TANK运作经验优先
5、英语4级以上;
6、对物流行业市场信息具有敏锐的分析及判断能力,能够为公司的业务发展不断创新;
7、工作责任心强,为人正直,积极主动,有较强的沟通、表达能力;
职责描述:
1、能够独立的开发高端化工危险品及相关行业新业务;
2、负责辖区市场信息的收集及竞争对手的分析;
3、协调与运作部门的关系,保证新进客户的前期运作顺畅;
4、针对于化工、工业原材料及危险品行业的定向销售;
5、维护良好的客户关系,拓展现有客户的新业务;
6、根据市场营销计划,完成部门销售指标;
7、向客户提供供应链管理全面解决方案及报价,就服务合同条款与客户进行谈判,并草拟及修订合同;
Job Function:
1. Calls on current and potential custome;
2.Keeps records and reports on all sales & marketing activities;
3.Keep custome informed on new services, pricing, changes, etc.;
4.Review current business timely and develop new business;
5.Custome’ complaint management;
6.Market research on service requirement, competition and report to management;
7.Support Procurement Department to do better cost control;
8.Work closely with Finance department on credit review and control;
9.Any other matte as and when required.
Skills & Knowledge:
1.Univeity graduate with know-how on Marketing, Business Administration or relevant;
2.At least 2 yea experiences in the function of ISO Tanks sales for multinational companies in Logistics / Forwarding industry;
3.Good command of English both verbal and written;
4.Good communication and interpeonal skills;
5.Proactive and customer oriented;
6.Good teamwork spirit;
7. Be seitive to market change and feedback in time.
