职位描述:
岗位职责:
1.负责中国的半导体测试市场开发、客户维护和销售管理等工作。
Respoible for China’s semiconductor test market development ,customer maintenance and sales management.
2.负责公司的产品宣传、推广和销售,完成销售任务指标。
Respoible for the company’s product promotion and sales , achieve the sales target.
3.制定自己的销售计划,并按计划拜访客户和开发新客户。
Make the sales plan , visit to customer according to the schedule and search of new custome.
4.搜集和寻找客户资料,完善客户档案。
Collect and find customer information , perfect customer profiles.
5.协助公司制定销售策略、销售计划,以及量化销售目标。
Assist to develop sales strategies \ sales plan and quantify sales targets.
6.把控整个销售过程,包括报价、拜访、测件、合同签订、尾款催收及售后的技术支持等。
To control the entire sales process , including quotatio , visits , measurement , contract signing , balance payment collection and after-sales technical support , etc.
7.制定销售费用的预算,控制销售成本,提高销售利润。
Develop sales expee budget , control the sales cost , increase sales profit.
8.组织相关展览和展示会。
Organize Exhibitio in accordance with the indicatio furnished.
9.完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
任职资格:
1.熟悉半导体IC测试设备(ATE)的性质,有关于IC检测/混合信号测试二年以上的相关技术背景,掌握设备的参数及使用功能;
Familiar with IC ATE equipment properties, minimum 2 yea in IC/ mixed signal test related technical background, good command of the paramete of the equipment and using function.
2.本科及以上学历,市场营销、电子类等相关专业
Bachelor degree in Marketing ,Electronics.
3.流利的英语书写及口头的表达能力
Fluent written and verbal English language skills.
4.擅长人际关系、谈判技巧及优秀的客户沟通能力
Strong inter-peonal , negotiation skills and excellent customer communication skills.
5.具有创业精神和良好的团队合作精神,有责任心,能承受较大的工作压力
Entrepreneurial spirit and good team cooperation spirit ,respoible ,can work under pressure.
6.可接受频繁出差
Frequent business travel acceptable.
