TASKS:
?Leverage various internal resources to drive new design-in projects with OEM customer
?Explore long term business potentials through establised connectio within organization of OEM customer, and expand sales
?Work with various internal resource to develop customized products for specific customer needs.
?Provide updated sales forecast by cotant coordinatio with OEM, ODM, EMS and/or CMs
?Develop goals and objectives in accordance with company goals and objectives.
?Manage and evaluate performance of assigned Sales peonnel and/or channel partne, when necessary.
?Maintain accurate and up to date records and files on all accounts including sales, data, quote records and customer contacts.
?Communicate with all internal departments (engineering, operation, customer service, legal and finance) to fulfilling customer requirements and resolve business issues.
?Facilitate communicatio between custome and production on status of orde and deliveries.
?Travel as needed for communication and interaction with custome regarding to design-in discussion, status of orde, new orde and problem solving.
?Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
?Proven sales performance records in large accounts in telcom industry
?Iight of customer’s procurement process and vendoproduct qualification process
?Exteive experience with OEM business model
?Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
?Good command of English is a must.
?Ability to travel frequently.
?Knowledge of Windows applicatio.
?Valid passport.
?Minimum 5 yea sales experience, telecommunicatio field and/or electronics background preferred.
?3+ yea of leading telcom manufacture (i.e. Huawei) partnehip management is a plus
?Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
