职位描述:
The Sales Manager will be respoible for initiating, developing and managing sales and business activity for the Industrial High Power Laser Market in China and in the future South Korea and Taiwan as well. and will be accountable for leading complex, continuous negotiation and start-to-end sales processes. The position will report to Regional Sales Manager APAC based in Israel Business Unit as well as to BD Manager based in China.
Develop new sales channels and distributo;
Sales contract supervision: review terms of sales orde and supervise the execution of the contract;
Sales prediction and sales schedule management: setting up sales forecast, tracking material schedule;
Gathering market and product information, and feedback to related department for new product definition and development;
Financial management, such as sales expee management, customer credit analysis and account management.
· Working in cooperation with internal interfaces located mainly abroad; promoting the company's goals and the regional objectives while cooperating with the other company's interfaces and departments such as: Commercial division Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, R&D, Legal, Finance, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience
· Minimum 3 yea experience in multinationals selling of foreign brands in China to Reseller Channels and OEMs - preffered in laser coumables / optics and/or sales to the metal processing industry
· Strong business skills -profound undetanding of the customer’s echo-system and needs, and ability to offer a Win-Win solution to needs;
· Fluent in English – speaking, writing, reading
· Sales oriented peon; Excellent interpeonal relatio;
· With technical background
· Self-Learning ability – can fairly quickly learn the business, the market.
· A ‘self-starter’ and highly 'self-motinvated' proactive peon
· Ability to lead complex and prolonged sales processes; Strong negotiating skills
· Ability to establish and nurture collaboratio with internal and external custome over-time
· Confident conduct and demeanor and strong peonal authority- the ability to be perceived by the custome as: a professional authority which is trustworthy and cooperative peon
· Ability to travel about 40% of the time
· Resident of Shanghaiuzhou area or Shenzhen area
· Comfortable working from home-office
· Technical degree or MBA – an advantage
This position can be home base in Shanghai or Shenzhen
