Duties Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success Develop positive relatiohips with clients Act as the point of contact and handle custome' individual needs Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks Resolve conflicts and provide solutio to custome in a timely manner Report on the status of accounts and traactio Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Suggest actio to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Proactively look for clients similar to clients already developed Proactively identify secto and custome in areas not developed by the company Find new contacts within targets organizatio and maintain a database of actio to take Generate inquiries and communicate those timely to the purchase team and management Handle inquiries with purchase team to order to deliver timely according to clients' needs
Qualificatio and Skills Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline Proficient in client care and account management Experienced in sales development Excellent English is crucial, French a strong plus
Experience in POS / POP material, promotional items and printing industry a strong plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Independent thinking, strong organization and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential Highly proficient in MS Office Software, high aptitude for MS Excel Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed
Preference given to someone already living in China/knowing China
Additional information Start date: Immediate Duration: one year renewable (probation of one month)

Salary, bonus and commissio to be determined according to the candidate profile and performanceBasic Salary: 5,000-6,000 RMB before taxCommissio target: 6,000-9,000 RMB per month (it's not a limit, the more you do, the more you earn!)
