1.大专学历以上,有1-3年销售业务拓展经验,销售/建筑相关行业经验者优先、公用与民用建设工程、建筑工程、工程管理,建筑设计或工商管理专业优先;
College degree or above,Have 1-3 yea sales experience in business development, marketing/building relevant industry experience is preferred, public and civil cotruction projects, cotruction engineering, project management, architecture design or business management major is preferred;
2.具有较强的责任心和抗压能力、工作态度积极,善于捕捉并有效跟踪销售机会;

职位描述:
1.达到或超越所负责销售区域的销售指标;销量,价格和产品组合。

2.开发新客户及新市场,赢得并保持良好的客户关系,提升公司品牌形象,增加产品销售范围;

3.维系与增进重点客户关系,跟进客户合同签订、货款回收及客户后续服务;

4.收集市场、行业信息及潜在客户资料,进行需求分析、完成工作报告及工作计划;

5.通过设计指定,发展和加强与建筑设计师、经销商、承包商(总承包商和装饰承包公司)、业主及设施经理之间的联系,以此创造市场需求,影响这些关键决策人对系统的选择和购买。
Creates demand for the channel by creating specificatio through developing or strengthening relatiohips with architects, distributo, contracto (General Contracto & Decoration Contracto), owne, and facility manage to influence the selection and purchase of systems
6.坚持使用项目跟踪系统(CRM/ SFDC),及时捕捉项目的后续活动和确保有效的项目储备(预估我们产品的使用数量、价值和可能的供货时间)。不断更新项目,确保预测的准确性(目标是90%以上的准确率)。
Coistently uses Project Tracking System (CRMFDC) to capture their project follow-up activities and maintai active pipeline (estimated quantity, value and probability of closure). Cotantly updates projects so that accurate forecasting can be done (target is 90%+ accurate)
