Import/Export experience is a must(min 5 yea)Bilingual Chinese/ EnglishCandidate will be working as a team with Company's Sales Director for Asia/PacificJob Respoibilities:1.Order processing-Mange the company's computer ERP system for supply chian(order iout,stock)-Receiveing orde from the french head office and its subsidiaries in Canada and China-Sending orde to supplier with confirmation and schedule time delivery-Coordinate the shipping of products between supplie,shipping agent and company offices2.Office Coordinator-Follow office expees and communicate wiht accountant-Iure all office supplies and handle office utility bills-General secretary service(awer the phone,handle small admin tasks,discuss with local government about office matte)3.Supplier Relatiohip assistant: eure communication between the office and its supplie(few supplier involved) This mea help to tralate emails or face to face meetings.Meetings can be about general ordering or product development4.Assisting the director of sales for various mission(tralatio,customer contract...)Candidate must be dynamic and friendly,with a strong focus on team work to help the company grow
