Business Sweden (瑞典贸易投资委员)香港辦公室正協助一間设计和运营物联网方案(全联接商业解决方案)的瑞典公司在中国招聘高素质的人才。

Business Sweden (Swedish Trade and Invest Council) in Hong Kong is supporting its client, a Swedish company which desig and operates IoT solutio (connected business solutio), to recruit a high caliber candidate in China.

Job Purpose 工作目的:

- Secure and grow our client’s business with their existing customer base in China 维持牢固的中国的现有客户群及发展我们客户(瑞典公司)的业务

- Develop sustainable client relatiohips, manage client expectatio and requirement, develop and manage account strategies for existing clients to eure long-term goals. Clients are mainly reached thru Agents 与客户建立可持续发展的业务伙伴关系,管理客户期望和要求,制定和管理现有客户的策略以确保长期目标的实现。該瑞典公司现时主要通过代理商找到客户。

Key respoibilities and deliverables 主要职责和可交付成果:

Make a large contribution in meeting our client’s sales targets 达到我们客户(瑞典公司)的销售目标

-Finding and identifying new business opportunities within your customer base 在客户群中寻找和识别新的商业机会

-Meeting with the custome on a regular basis to explore new opportunities and promote our products 定期与客户会面,探索新机遇及推广产品

-Represent our client in various events and exhibitio 代表我们客户(瑞典公司)参加各种活动和展览

Manage existing accounts to meet and exceed forecasted revenue targets 管理现有帐户以达到并超过预期的收入目标

-Respoible for establishing and maintaining relatiohips with key people in customer organizatio 负责建立和维护与客户组织的关键人物的关系

-Hold regular meetings and keep an open communication between youelf and the customer 定期举行会议以保持和客户之间的沟通

-Find new areas for business expaion 寻找业务拓展的新领域

Manage and own the relatiohip between our client and agents in or around China 管理在中国或其周边的客户和代理商的关系

Internal and External Relatio 内部和外部关系:

External: Chinese as well as international custome. Business travels will be required 外部关系:中国客户以及国际客户。需出差。

Internal: Sales org, Business finance, Legal, CPI, Billing, Product 内部关系:销售组织,商业金融,法律,消费者价格指示,计费,产品

Educational and professional qualificatio. Experience 教育, 专业资格及经验:

- A Univeity degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology or related field 大学学位或同等学历(金融,经济,工程,技术或相关领域将被优先考虑)

- Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential 能操流利英文及中文

- Minimum 3 yea of sales experience in Telecommunicatio industry or in the field of mobile network, with a documented track record 在电讯行业或移动网络领域至少3年的销售经验

- Experience in working with agents and managing agent relatiohips is desirable 具有与代理商合作以及管理代理商关系方面的实际经验

- Technical background in telematics, M2M connectivity is desired, as well as any background in the Vertical industries of Security, Health Care, Utilities, Asset Management, Logistics, Iurance and OEM business in Automotive and traportation 具远程信息处理技术,M2M连接的技术經驗; 以及任何安全,醫療,公用事业,资产管理,物流,保险和汽车和运输OEM业务的相關行业的經驗更佳;

- A demotrated ability to tralate a technical value proposition into business value 将技术价值主张转化为商业价值的能力
