职位描述:
Major Respoibilities主要职责:
1. Explore and develop the Datacolor solutio to coating and ink related industries in Mid-west China(Beijing、Tianjin、Hebei etc)
负责在中国北方地区如北京、天津、河北等区域,在涂料与油墨相关行业推广和销售德塔的颜色解决方案。
2. Achieve the sales target, and extend market share in coating and ink industry in North China area.
在涂料油墨行业完成中国北方地区的销售目标,并提高市场占有率。
3. Maintain and develop the key account in Coating industry. Find and Generate new sales leads and opportunities as well as old custome.
维护和开发涂料行业的重点客户。维护好老客户的同时,开发新的销售机会和客户。
4. Conduct demotration and presentation to prospects
在客户处做好产品的演示工作以及解决方案的宣讲工作。
Specific Knowledge and Skills for the Position本职位特定知识及技能:
1. 3+yea sales experience in coating or equipment related industry.
3年以上在涂料或仪器行业有相关的工作经验。
2. Experience in key account management.
有大客户/品牌客户 管理经验。
3. Be familiar with the color technology, and the application in coating industry is preferred.
对颜色应用熟悉,尤其是涂料方面颜色应用有了解。
4. Learning ability to know Datacolor products well in short period
有较强的学习能力,能短时间内学会产品的使用和应用。
5. Team work spirit, highly self-motivated and ambitious, positive attitude and problem solving Highly organized with strong presentation, negotiation and peuasion skills
有团队合作精神,沟通能力好,较强的工作主动性和解决问题为主导的积极态度,有较强的演示能力协调能力和说服能力,抗压能力强。
6. Experience of working in a multicultural environment is preferred.
有在外企工作经验佳。
7. Tianjin native is preferred.
天津本地人优先。
