大区经理主要向东亚区市场与销售主管汇报，负责开展营销业务，提高中国北部地区现有考试中心及新的考试中心的业绩（涵盖剑桥英语的全线产品，如BEC剑桥商务英语证书，剑桥少儿英语考试，剑桥通用五级考试，TKT教师资格证书等等），主要负责区域有：北京、天津、河北、吉林、辽宁、黑龙江、山东、山西、陕西、内蒙古及宁夏。
工作职责
您将负责：
与东亚区市场与销售主管共同协作，制订区域商业计划；为每一个区域制订详细的销售计划。
推动整个销售流程从启动至完成；组织并举办宣传活动，参加各类会议、活动及研讨会；发现并汇报新的商机；提供市场情报。
拓展与当地主要利益相关方的关系，包括院校、政府及考试中心；持续获取与市场和教育领域相关的专业知识。
职位要求
我们希望您具备丰富的商务开发经验，能证明曾在某个区域实现高销售额。您需要具备出色的中英文交流能力（均达C1或以上）。您还需具备与企业或政府部门成功谈判并建立关系的经验。教育系统及测评领域的相关知识更佳。

What it’s about
Reporting to the Regional Commercial Head, the Area Manager will be respoible for leading sales activities to support revenue growth with new and existing exam centres within the territory of North China: Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Jilin, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Shanxi, Shan’xi, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia.
What you’ll be doing
You will be respoible for:
· Developing the business plan for the territory in conjunction with the Regional Commercial Head and documenting detailed sales pla for each territory / account
· Driving the sales process from initiation to completion, organising and delivering promotional presentatio, attending conferences, events and semina, identifying and reporting new business opportunities and providing market intelligence.
· Developing relatiohips with key stakeholde in the region including ititutio, government and exam centres and maintaining specialist knowledge about our markets and the wider-educational landscape.
What we’re looking for
You will be an experienced business development manager with proven experience of closing high value sales in the region. You will have excellent communicatio skills in both English and Mandarin (at least C1 in both). You will have experience of successfully of building relatiohips and negotiating a wide range of B2B and B2G contracts. Knowledge of educational systems and assessment would be an advantage.
