职位描述:
主要职责Main Respoibilities :
1、负责帮助经销商运营能力的改善和提升;Respoible for assisting dealer operation ability improvement;
2、负责督促经销商各项KPI指标的达成;Respoible for supervising deale to achieve KPI index;
3、负责商务政策的执行和改善建议;Respoible for commercial policy implementation and improvement suggestio;
4、负责经销商与总部各支持部门相关协调工作的处理;Respoible for settling the coordination between dealehip and supporting departments of headquarter;
5、负责经销商相关报表资料的收集、整理和指导;Respoible for collecting ,arranging and guiding related dealer reports and statements;
6、负责客户满意度的提升;Respoible for improving CSI;
7、负责客户投诉的处理; Repoible for dealing with complainment from custome;
8、完成备件附件销售任务。Respoible for reaching spare parts and accesseries sales target.
任职要求Qualificatio :
1、本科及以上学历;Bachelor degree or above;
2、至少4年 以上工作经验,有区域工作经验优先。at least 4 working yea, regional working experience is preferred.
