Position : Sales Department Manager

Dept: Tianjing Branch office

Job Description:

- Build up the sales team in assigned territory

- Respoible for the Team sales budget set up and achievement

- Specific campaig development in cooperation with Routing Development ManageProduct Manager, etc..

- Lead sales team membe and monitor the sales team activities to eure team performance.

- Utilize and Maintain CRM system on time according to the sales guideline, including customer info, meeting plan, meeting minutes, sales reports, pipeline and related data.

- Cross team / department coordination / communication to eure smooth internal cooperation.

- Other tasks assigned by superior manager.

Qualification:

1.Positive attitude, team player and self-motivator.

2.At least 8 yea sales experience in logistics/traportation industry, 2-3 yea sales management experience.

3.Good undetanding and overview of local market place

4.Strong business acumen and passion for sales

5.Strong “value selling” ability to sell the GW productservice base on custome’ needs.

6.Fluent in both spoken and written English, Good presentation and interpeonal skills
