对个人要求：

1、年龄20以上-35岁以下，男女不限，身体健康，品貌端正，性格开朗，无不良嗜好；

2、本科及以上学历，专业不限，英语专业或有船务工作经验和可适当优先考虑；

3、良好的学习能力，在适当的培训之后能按照规范流程独立作业；

4、良好的协调和沟通能力，忠于职守；

5、有强烈进取心和责任感，有团队意识，能承受较大的工作压力，因航运行业特色能在必要时加班；

第一阶段-跟单执行：

通过培训后按照规范流程跟踪船舶动态，协调货物装卸，制作海运单据并催付海运费滞期费等费用，熟悉客户和相关流程。

第二阶段-租船经纪人（根据公司需要以及员工个性等综合考虑安排）

职位要求：

*能快速建立跟客户的联系，迅速捕捉市场动态，快速响应客户的需求，在定向培训之后能独立作业；

*具有良好的协调和沟通能力，培养客户关系并勤奋跟进；

*有强烈的进取心和责任感，有团队意识，能够接受有挑战的工作，可不定期出差和加班；

*能够搜集市场数据及资料，撰写相关报告，为客户提供有价值的参考；

*有志在航运经纪方面开创自己的事业，与公司共同成长。

Fitlink is established in Shanghai in 2003 - we started our business from scratch, but now we are proud to have support from many international brands worldwide. With their support,together with our group office in Singapore and Houston, we fixed numerous shipments for both international (including regular movement to/from US/Europe) and domestic market.

We have 10 staffs in team Shanghai who are mainly focusing on parceling tanke and we are panel broke for a few majo, very large trading houses here. Meanwhile our team in Singapore with their 7 colleagues has been very active in local MLR sized CPP market.

Our team USA are mainly in charge of long haul cargoes among China, the US and Europe for most of the cases. Custome’ shipping demands are always prioritized and we are good at creating reciprocal situation because we undetand that only by helping our business partner so that we can improve our portfolio.
