DUTIES & RESPOIBILITIES/任务和职责

1 Maintain existing customer; work with custome to identify fastening system solutio for product application, especially for the rivet and assembly tool.

2 Visit custome on a regular basis to better undetand their requirements and seek out new business opportunities.

3 To develop the new automotive customer.

4 Secure orde and work with customer service and the plants to eure timely delivery of products.

5 Inventory management with support of customer service to balance timely delivery and lowest freight cost, in case delivery risk is predicted, should alert customer in advance with suitable methods accepted by customer.

6 Co-ordinate and work with various groups across the organization to address customer complaints

7 Collect market information that would help in decision making and the planning of marketing and sales strategy

8 Prepare sales forecast and budgets for customer accounts handled

9 Prepare various sales reports, such as but not limited in new business, customer call status, etc.

PEONAL SPECIFICATIO个人能力描述

1 Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

2 At least 3-5 yea working experience in automotive or assembly tool industry

3 Good communication, presentation and interpeonal skills

4 Write and Speak in Japanese very well , English At least CET-4 required.

5 Self motivated and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic business environment servicing custome from the automotive industry
