岗位职责:
- 管理指定的企业客户,从现有客户中发掘新业务机会,并通过相关客户资源开发新客户
- 定期计划和开展业务导向的客户拜访,整理并做好每次拜访报告并持续进行业务跟进监控
- 作为主要联系人协调银行产品的销售和实施,并提供优质服务予客户
- 进行信用评估,并根据银行的信贷指引及集团的信贷政策准备信用分析报告
- 持续进行信贷监管,在早期发现问题并采取补救措施
要求:
- 本科及以上学历,中英文流利
- 8-9年企业银行工作经验
- 良好的人际沟通能力,并乐于接受挑战并承担工作压力
- 办公室软件的应用能力
Respoibilities:
- Manages a designated corporate portfolio; identifies business opportunities amongst existing custome and sources new prospects through networking with custome.
- Pla and carries out regular business / sales oriented customer calling programs; manages and prepares call reports subsequent to each visit as an on-going monitoring process.
- Acts as the focal point of contact and co-ordinates the sale and delivery of bank products in managing and providing added value to the relatiohip between the custome and the Bank.
- Performs credit evaluatio and prepares credit proposals in compliance with the Bank’s credit guidelines and group policy.
- Monito credit worthiness as an on-going process, identifies problem accounts at an early stage and takes remedial actio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, be proficient in both English and Chinese
- 8-9 yea’ corporate banking experience
- Good communication and interpeonal skills, be willing to take challenges and work under pressure
