Position: Project Manager of Bio Drug Discovery

Working Environment: Office and management oriented

Respoibilities:

?Lead and support drug discovery projects –plan, assign work, review data and manage resources

?Coordinate different functional lines – internal R&D teams，QC, external CRO service provide and Supply Chaiourcing

?Monitor progress and control quality and eure delivery on time and on budge

?Write/review project documentatio- research plan, protocols and progress reports and final reports

?Work on multiple projects with a divee set of clients

?Report progress, issues and required resources to the management team

?Communicate with key clients, organize monthly meetings

?Other tasks assigned by functional VP or GM.

Qualificatio:

?PhD degree in cell biology, immunology or biotechnology or a related field

?At least 2-3 yea working experiences in a pharmaceutical or CRO company

?Excellent organizational skills and be very detail oriented

?An excellent communicator in verbal and writing form and a good listener

?Good documentation and computer skills (PP, Word, Excel, etc.) are required

?Strong in spoken and written English

?A positive attitude to any feedback both internally and externally
