任职资格：

1、大学本科文化程度；bachlor degree education

2、具有5年以上相关岗位工作经验 5 yea of quality experience in automotive industry

3、熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、Control Plan、8D等各种质量方法或工具 Familar with APQP、PPAP、PMEA、SPC、MSA、Control Plan & 8D

4、具有独立处理技术问题的能力及协调能力；with indepent processing problem ability and coordination ability

5、熟悉TS16949质量管理体系；familiar with TS quality management system

6、优秀的外语听说读写能力。Excellent style of writing, be proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing

7、具备良好的责任心、主动性、沟通能力及团队合作精神 Dedicated work attitude and good teamwork spirit
