Quality Engineer for the metal-working industry

We are a German company with the head office in Duisburg/Germany and our own production plant in Suzhou/China. We combine European quality standards and German know-how with the favorable production opportunities in China. Within our “Fixing Systems” business we are focused on the sales and production of highly sophisticated products for the cotruction industry and we are providing our products worldwide to the cotruction and precast industry.

To follow our profitable growth over the last yea we are searching for a Quality Engineer based in our Suzhou/China Operatio, to commence work as soon as possible. The holder of this position will report to the Product Development Manager of the company.

Your respoibilities

1. Management of customer quality

管理客户质量问题

2. Undetand customer requirements and execute accordingly

理解客户要求并将客户需求转化为内部作业

3. Handle customer complaints and quality related queries

处理客户投诉和质量质询

4. Carry out product quality plan and eure PQP effectiveness

执行产品质量计划并保证产品质量程序的有效执行

5. Implement quality tools in production to support corrective and preventive actio and continuous improvement

在生产过程中运用质量工具以支持纠正及预防措施并持续改进

6. Release and implement the new product quality standards

新产品质量标准的发布与执行

7. To conduct and implement customer audit and customer visit

主导客户审核和客户访问

8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Your profile

1. Degree in Science/ Engineering or equivalent

理工科类大专及以上学历

2. A minimum of 3 yea experience in quality control, mechanical or cotruction related experience is preferred

3年及以上质量控制经验,有机械或建筑相关经验者优先

3. Familiar with ISO9000 standard, 5 Quality Tools (PPAP/ APQP/ SPC/ MSA/ FMEA) and 8D report

熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系和5大质量工具（PPAP/ APQP/ SPC/ MSA/ FMEA ）,有8D报告的实际运用经验

4. Excellent MS-office and CAD software skills

熟练使用Office软件和CAD

5. Very good English languages skills are absolutely necessary

英语熟练

6. Strong communication skills and high customer orientation
