General Summary& Job Respoibilities

独立工作,直接向装配工程主管汇报,安装和改进机械电器液压和气动设备工艺流程和系统,负责评价分析和解决装配设备和系统问题, 以及公司产品的装配流程。

Working with some independence and reporting to the Assy. Engineering Supervisor, italls and modifies mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, processes and systems. Responds to, evaluates and solves assembling/manufacturing equipment and system problems, and assembly process of company products.

Job Skills Requirements

Under the direction of Assy. engineering supervisor, supply effective and efficient manufacturing technical support to the company.

?规划并设立制造体系，包括购买计划，项目管理，装配制造体系的设计，评估及鉴别设备供应商，完善技术资料以便于日后的操作及维修。

Planning and setting up the Assembling engineering system, includes business plan, project management, design the manufacturing system, evaluating and identifying the equipment supplie, completing technical documents to guide the operation and maintenance.

?设计夹具，自动控制和工具等以改善安全，工效和生产力，

Designing fixtures, automation and tooling to improve safety, ergonomics and productivity. Observe and suggest methods of assembling during design of new products to permit manufacture by the most favorable methods (DFA).

?为公司推荐高效能和低成本制造技术知识和实践。

Introduce the high efficient and low cost manufacturing technical knowledge and practice to the company.

?培训维修工和操作工。

Train the setups and operato.

?领导团队对所有的与装配技术相关的问题进行故障分析。

Lead the group to trouble shoots all assembling/manufacturing technical related issues.

?不断地对现存的工艺进行评估及改善，降低成本并提高生产。

Continuously reviewing and improving existing technologies to reduce cost and enhance the production.

Education and Experience Requirements

?机械工程或相关领域专业。

B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

?具备成熟的解决问题的技能，判定，评估及解决制造设备以及系统问题的能力。

Well-developed problem-solving skills to identify evaluate and solve manufacturing equipment and system problems

?成熟的人际关系技巧，能够与来自不同团队的人员就问题进行沟通解决。

Well-developed interpeonal skills to communicate problems and solutio and to work with divee group of people

?至少三年以上发动机制造业工作经验。一定的电气相关经验。

Minimum 3 yea of engine manufacturing experience. And related electrical knowledge.

?必须具备英语书面表达能力，具备较好英语口语表达能力；必须具备装配/制造工程工作经验。

Written English is must, Good oral English; Assembling/Manufacturing engineering experience is must.
