Requirements:

- Bachelor degree, major in Electrical Engineering , Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related field；

-3 yea or above working experience, automotive or industrial company in area of process management is prefer.

-Very familiar with the lean tools, like: kanban, Standard work, VSM, etc.

-Good communication skill and high efficiency implementation

-Fluent English in written and oral

- Excellent computer skills; proficient in Excel, Power Point and Word

Respoibilities:

· Establish the Production Processes, Measure its effectiveness and improve it.

· Industrialize the Products.

· Establish and execute the annual Calibration Plan.

· Identify problems in the Line, analyze, correct, stabilize it and standardize the improved methods, all of this in coordination with other departments.

· Implement Lean Tools in the Line (6S, STD Work, othe.).

· MTM tasks (Measuring Time Management)

· Design and Adjustment of Fixtures.
