Respoibilities:
Client recruitment and development-expand the client base, especially in 4&5 Star hotels, high end restaurants, wine loungeba and on premise accounts
开发4&5星酒店、高端餐饮、酒廊、酒吧的优质客户
Achieve sales targets set out by General Manager
完成总经理要求的销售目标
Identify sales prospects in Shanghai and surrounding outside cities, develop new business contacts and maintain current accounts as assigned.
寻找及开发上海及上海周边的潜在客户。
Prepare action pla and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contact to be made.
根据特定目标准备行动计划及日程安排,计划联系新客户人数
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity – notify and work closely with General Manager on National, Group and 5 star level proposals
跟进葡萄酒推广活动,与总经理共同完成较高规格的葡萄酒提案,并及时告知总经理活动的进展。
Identify and resolve client concer, manage customer complaints with aplomb
协助客户解决问题,稳妥的处理客户投诉
Qualificatio:
Bachelor Degree
本科学历
Having 3-5 yea of relevant wine and/or spirits sales experience is preferred.
3-5年葡萄酒、烈酒销售经验优先
Outstanding communication, interpeonal skills, and exteive organizational ability are requirements.
良好的沟通交流能力,组织规划能力
Proficiency in Chinese & English language is a requirement as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite..
中英文听说读写良好,精通办公软件
The ability to self motivate is essential.
