-Be respoible for completing production, quality and delivery target.

-Be respoible for running and adjusting process and control production operation, machine, logistics.

-Be respoible for analyzing production rate, material couming, headcount control and improve efficiency and lower the cost.分析生产效率，物料消耗，人力配置，提高生产效率降低成本

-Daily 6S management of workshop

每日工作现场的6S管理

-Make production plan material demand plan, implement department training.

制定生产和物料需求计划，实施生产作业培训

-Evaluate performance for direct labor and shift leader regularly.

操作工和生产领班的绩效评估

-Quality control and close the open issues from various audits.

现场质量管控，关闭各项审核发现的待解决问题。

-Logisitcs planning and deliver the good quality products on time.

物料计划和准时发送良品至客户。

- Other tasks assigned by plant manager.

工厂厂长临时交办的任务。

Qualificatio and Experience:

资历与经验：

-Problem solving skills and communication skill.

具备解决问题的能力和沟通技巧

-Fluency in speaking, undetanding, writing and reading English

流利的英文听、说、读、写能力

-Good interpeonal skills

良好的人际交流

-Bachelor degree major in engineering subject.
