?Fully take care Key production equipment ( Reacto) .

?Develop FMEA and Break down time review and conduct maintenance plan

?Optimize contracted maintenance for cost and efficiency improvement.

?Annual maintenance plan and monthly PM implementation.

?TPM deployment.

?Improve the hygiene maintenance in DW loop and the DW yield

?General Civil work maintenance to be well managed.

?In time, quality and cost effective steam/N2/compressed aicooling water supply.

?Lead the facilities improvement project to support the productivity & liability, defined and executed with significant cost saving or MDC increasing / down time reduction.

?To be the master of current project overall execution management, and eure the project implementation in line with annual plan.

?Improve exchange with maintenance network, learn from good practice.

?Clear job delegation, accountability to maintenance engineer and technician.

?To work closely with production team with customer orientation.

Qualificatio职位要求:

?Bachelor Degree, majored in Mechanicals, Chemical process, or Chemical equipment.

?Minimum 5 yea working experiences. At least 3 yea leader position in Maintenance area.

?Preferably as maintenance management in chemical plant or similar industry process flow

?Able to work on complicated facilities with high HSE and quality standard.

?Good documentation, communication and problem solving skills.

?Good interpeonal skills with ability to convee at least in both English and Chinese.

?Good world class view on manufacturing.
