职位描述:
1.To prepare, develop and implement strategic account pla.
2.To manage the client at all business relative departments, act as window with business operatio and information needs of client base and actively network within the organization to establish new opportunities/leads for the sales team
3. Identify new sales opportunities in major bussiness development accounts, clearly focused on deliverling top class value added service to the custome.
4.Able to independently renegotiate renewal contracts,under the guidnace of the product management.
5.Working the PM, to manage the design-in project and provide technical solution for key accounts.
6.Coordinate support for custome billing invoicing and fulfillment queries or issues, following through to resolution.
7.Euring accurate and complete record of client activity
8.CustomeTerritory forecasting as required to meet business targets
9.Sell products from the RTS line card, maximizing on the preferred franchises
10.Provide information to custome on products and services, building excellent relatiohips with the custome being handled, and eure their expectatio are surpassed by maintaining a high standard of interaction with them, and euring coistency in deliverance
11.Investigate and resolve customer problems
12.Negotiate terms and conditio of sales in accordance with Company policy
13.Advise on local market conditio and competito activities
