HR& Admin Officer –江苏常州
Respoibilities:
Recruitment:
-Assist Sr. HR manager to work closely to undetand business needs
-In charge of whole recruitment cycle, include. candidates sourcing via multi-channels, interview arrangement, offer negotiation
-Eure timely placement within budget
-Prepare recruitment/people related analysis reports
Operation:
-Manage on-boarding & exit process (include. Probation management)
-Peonal-file management
-Internal communication: employee awards nomination, team building activities, etc.
-Apply licees/permits for expatriates
Training:
-Work with training team to conduct soft skills training
-Support Sr. HR manager to conduct internal know-how sharing platform and take ownehip of Recruitment topic
Admin:
-Administrative support to internal events & meetings
-Reserve flight and hotel for business travel, and prepare related schedule
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree
2.At least 2 yea’ experience in either in-house HR or recruitment firm
3.Fluent in both Mandarin and English
4.Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5.Good interpeonal communication skills to negotiate, coordinate with internal and external stakeholde
6.Familiar with Entertainment and hospitality industry is preferred
