HR Executive’s respoibilities include but not limited to:
Recruitment
- Analyzing the recruitment needs within the branch with the managing director and team manage
- Communicating with the Director of HR about recruitment needs request
- Undetanding the requirement from the concerned position and accordingly drafting a job description
- Developing and maintaining various recruiting channels to attract new talents (Being creative, proactive, and resourceful is the key!)
- Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills and conducting face-to-face interviews
- Sending out the tralatioediting test to candidates if necessary
Induction and on-boarding
- Giving the new recruit offer letter or letter of intent on joining the service
- Having a brief introductory meeting with the new recruits giving a description on the policies, procedures, and corporate culture of the company
- Properly filing relevant documents of the new recruit as required
Attendance and Leave records
- Keeping track of the attendance of the employees
- Filing the leave forms and keeping track of the leaves taken and left
HR Programs, Practices, Policies, and Strategies
- Implementing the HR programs, practices, policies and strategies as required
Reporting & Othe
- Updating the organization chart every month and employee contact list whenever it’s necessary
- Analyzing the HR operation and workload and preparing weekly HR report and monthly productivity report
Employee Relatio
- Managing employee grievances effectively by taking quick actio or following up on the issue in a long run.
- Identifying current issues employees are faced with or potential issues that employees might be faced with in the future and taking actio to solve them in advance.

- Undetand positio available at IYUNO and their respoibilities, workflow, etc
- Good undetanding of all HR functio and local labor law and regulatio
- Good command of English in speaking and writing is mandatory
- Excellent interpeonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive, can-do spirit, proactive, result-driven, and resourceful
- Willing to learn new things and enjoying new challenges
- Willing to go above and beyond job description as HR
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and within limited time cotraints
