Title: Office Administrator
Job Description
Accounting:
-Act as financial accountant to be respoible for the company booking.
-Arrange payment to supplie according to payment term and proper approval
-Liaise with business controller in HK for financial analysis report, tax report, Group & local statutory report etc
Human Resources:
-Support employee on board & Exit process and manage employment contract, probation etc.
-Manage monthly payroll and social benefit of employees in a timely and accurate manner
-Manage attendance and leave record to make sure accurate data record and align with company policy
-Providing service in regards to Visa and work permit documentation
Office Administration:
-Office itallation including decoration and related legal issues handling
-Respoible for general office management and daily operatio, Including Receipt of all incoming telephone calls and visito, office facilitiesecurity management, office equipment maintenance (VI accordance, cleaning, security, gardening),
-Manage and order stationery and office supplies etc.
-Traveling booking and arrangement. Expee receipt checking
-Company stamp management
-Annual review handling for company registration documents
-Assist on company activities.
Qualification:
- Certificate of accounting
-Tertiary qualificatio in Human Resource Management, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or Social Science
-At least three yea' graduate recruitment relevant experiences within a services or multinational corporation environment;
-Experience within a multi-cultural, preferably multi-national environment is desirable;
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;
-Negotiation, influencing and coultative skills with an ability to build strong client relatiohips;
-Client service focus with demotrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility;
-Proven project management experience and strong organization skills;
-Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction;
-A high level of discretion and confidentiality;
-A team player;
-Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands;
-A 'can do' attitude whose enthusiasm and energy is welcomed as part of the team;
